Remember — Spiccato is the technique of bouncing the bow from note to note, in alternate directions. (Down-Up-Down-Up, etc.)
Controlling spiccato is achieved by approaching the string, as if drawing the letter V. This V-shape motion helps you to create and control crisp, spiccato bow strokes. The result is Staccato–Spiccato!
